They ladies were so helpful, polite, understanding and welcoming. Bill the owner came out the next day and did an inspection, then went over everything in detail. He was so patient with me and explained everything. I couldn't believe that they were able to complete an entire new roof in one day.(Especially with the damages they had to fix and that they had to tear off two layers of shingles.)The crew were so polite, neat and organized. We contacted Coastal Roofing and they quickly came out and inspected the damage. Their quote was quite reasonable. The job was completed in one day by a nice crew of guys who did not leave any debris behind. I am a fairly competent homeowner and know good work versus bad. Coastal is top notch. I hope I never need to do a full tear off but I will certainly hire this company if that day comes.
